FURTHER to the recent articles regarding apparently abandoned vehicles in the road near Bluebell Woods, please can I make a request to those who will make the decision on a possible introduction of timed parking in that road.

St Peter Port parish officials have joined calls for action and parking limitations above the Bluebell Woods, as they try to help residents.

OUR resident’s group in Fermain Road noted Ian Nason’s article in Monday 15 January’s Press with particular interest concerning MOTs for cars, and would like to add a few observations.

Cars left abandoned for years near one of the island’s beauty spots have caused parking problems for residents and led to calls for the road to be made a 23-hour zone.
