A SECOND bail bid by one of Hillary Gardee’s alleged murderers has failed.

The bail application of Philemon Lukhele who is accused of murdering Hillary Gardee has been postponed to Monday, December 19 for the investigating officer in the case to give testimony.

One of the men accused of murdering EFF politician and attorney Godrich Gardee’s 28-year-old daughter has instituted legal action to challenge the ANC to withdraw its statement that he obtained his ANC membership fraudulently.

The ANC has distanced itself from its murder-accused employee, Philemon Lukhele.

The legislature office says rumours on social media that Lukhele has been dismissed are not true, as he still faces a disciplinary hearing.

MURDER-ACCUSED Philemon Lukhele (47) has been suspended from his duties.

Former EFF secretary-general Godrich Gardee says it's painful knowing that while searching for his daughter, he drove past the house where she was possibly held captive and raped.

Lukhele hired out three accredited private student residences to UMP.
