On Tuesday, Nov. 21, the Fenton Township Board of Trustees discussed potential Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects for the 2025-27 funding cycle.

Three suspects were arrested in northern Fontana at the end of a pursuit in the early morning hours of July 28, according to the Fontana Police Department.

The crash happened at around 7:45 p.m. on Firestone Drive and Norbeck Road in Colesville, the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service said. 

The plan for a retirement community began back in 2007 and was approved by the board in 2008, but nothing has come to fruition.

The Fenton Township Board of Trustees approved a list of potential Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects to be submitted to Genesee County.  Over Zoom on Monday, Dec. 14, Thomas Broecker, operations manager and deputy clerk, said the township is expected to receive approximately $117,573 in CDBG funds for 2022-2024.
