Right. now the barge has to back out to deploy all of this boom material. this is a massive, massive undertaking. what you see here is just the beginning. hundreds of miles of boom will be deployed to protect oyster beds and fish spawning grounds. but these lines that are designed to stop oil also stop fishing boats. does this mean the season is over as long as this boom is out here? >> as the boom goes up, the boats wont have access to the fishing grounds. so their season is over. >> reporter: ...
