The indoor market within Five Valleys shopping centre in Stroud celebrates its third birthday this weekend.

A NEW patisserie has opened inside the Five Valleys Shopping Centre. 

With the final purchase of 2,500 acres, Five Valleys Land Trust has not only preserved the majority of Mount Dean Stone for future generations, but it also created only the fourth community forest in the state.

The area, located on former industrial timber lands, was once home to a local party spot illuminated by pallet fires. These days the party is more often on two wheels or feet, as mountain bikers and trail runners whiz by on the new and popular House of Sky trail.
