Lack of impartiality. it seems to me that he has just continuing torg disregard that. that is really to the detriment of the entire department of justice in my opinion. >> michael jeff sessions confirmed that the doj was looking into this back in march of 2018 and it looks like its still going on. does that tell us anything about these investigations? >> it does. theres a strange fixation i think with the republicans and hillary clinton and they cant get past that. thats odd to me. i think its p...

Have been raised about his -- the appearance of you know conflict that he has when it comes to many of the things that are going on in this department and particularly when it comes to the fbi and things relating to the mueller investigation or russia. and i think whats really disconcerting is that his job is to avoid the appearance of any conflict. so even if he has decided not to recuse because of prior comments that hes made, he has an affirmative duty to mitigate any further appearance of yo...

And all concrete wall was never abandon as has been reported by the media, some areas will be all concrete, but the experts at border patrol prefer a wall that is see-through making it possible to see what is happening on both sides. make sense to me. so in a sense he is digging in a little bit more as to a variety of ways, he had tweeted out not too long ago the picture of this steel barrier that to know is inconsiderable about that. and we also hear the words physical barrier being used quite ...

For children. these were built for adult males and designed to be short term. theyre built with the mexican population in mind whos typically detained only for a few hours. now were housing families in there. the border patrol agents are now having to serve as caretakers for children. quite frankly, a lot of this is unnecessary. we have this fixation on detention. it doesnt serve as a deterrent. theres no adequate reason for this. we can still deport these individuals. we can be just as tough at...

Pelosis first rhodesodeo. shes been around the block. donald trump has no idea whats in store for him. even if he is listening to those people around him and trying to prepare him, hes getting ready for a world of hurt. and i say that because theres no reason for the democrats to negotiate down to him at this point. they are going to pass the senate cr. theyre going to get it through and say, hey, mr. president, its up to you if you want to open up the government. and thats where he stands. >> t...

Now for our what in the world segment. well, here we are, the government has ground to a halt over trumps insistence on a big, beautiful border wall. you might consider the presidents fixation singular or even quixotic, but trump is hardly alone in this quest. across the world we are in an age of walls which is the subject and title of a new book by tim marshall. at the end of the cold war there were only 15 border walls around the world, after 2000 the number spiked and by 2016 there were 70 ac...
