The Nigerian Army has begun Operation Still Waters in Lagos and Ogun states which will last from October 12 till December 23, 2022. The 81 Division of the Nigerian Army stated this on Monday, adding that the joint operation was aimed at combating kidnapping, armed robbery, banditry and other crimes within Lagos and Ogun states which are its Areas of Responsibility (AOR). The Spokesperson of the division, Major Olaniyi Osoba, disclosed this in a press statement on Monday.
