SOUTHEAST GA - Georgia Department of Transportation continues essential road work throughout Southeast Georgia. As a result, work on construction and maintenance projects will continue Saturday, January 20 through Friday,

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will perform routine maintenance on the MD 231 (Hallowing Point Road) Bridge (Benedict Bridge) over the Patuxent River at the Calvert County/Charles County line starting at 6 a.m. Sunday November 5, weather permitting. Lanes will open to traffic no later than 2 p.m. that afternoon.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will perform routine maintenance on the MD 4 (Governor Thomas Johnson) Bridge at the Calvert County/St. Mary’s County line starting at 6 a.m. Sunday October 15, weather permitting. Lanes will open to traffic no later than 2 p.m. that afternoon.

Georgia DOT continues essential road work throughout Southeast Georgia. As a result, work on construction and maintenance projects will continue Saturday, April 22 through Friday, April 28. All work subject to change due to weather or other factors.
