Operator: Hello, good morning. My name is Jeremy, and I will be your conference operator today. At this time, I would like to welcome everyone to the DNOW Third Quarter 2023 Earnings Conference Call.

At Fakuma 2023, which will take place from 17 to 21 October in Friedrichshafen/Germany, Oerlikon HRS Flow, will be focusing on hot runner systems that enable greater sustainability and efficiency in thermoplastic injection moulding. In addition to future-oriented automotive applications, the focus will be on trendsetting technologies and projects in packaging industry.

At Moulding Expo 2023, Oerlikon HRS Flow will focus on an extensive range of hot runners tailored to small shot weights and the new Xp nozzle series for use in thin-wall injection moulding. Both support the trend towards greater sustainability by helping to reduce energy consumption in plastics processing.

Hot runner technology enables injection moulded parts with the highest surface quality, as required in particular by the automotive industry. In many applications, systems from Oerlikon HRS Flow support cost-efficient, material-saving production with highly precise process control.

Oerlikon HRS Flow has developed special hot runner solutions for PCR compounds. Their application possibilities are demonstrated by two examples realised in practice — a fruit crate and a garbage can for composting organic household waste.
