MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin State Patrol is increasing their enforcement presence on the Beltline this summer in an effort to curb speeding and reckless driving.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) announced new efforts on Thursday to stop risky driving on the Beltline.

A 25-year-old Fitchburg man was arrested Saturday after an officer pulled over a driver and found a loaded gun, Madison Police Department.
