The Voyager 1 team received a clear message from the spacecraft on April 20, and they expect to have science data flowing again in the next few weeks.

"Engineers are optimistic they can find a way for the FDS to operate normally."

NASA announced successful diagnostics of the Voyager 1 probe and expressed confidence that it can be fixed in the coming months.
