New Vehicle Sales Rise In April; Used Vehicle Sales Drop Monday, May 3, 2021 New vehicle sales in Hamilton County rose in April with new vehicle sales at 1,258 and used vehicle sales dropped to 4,727, according to figures from the County Clerks office.  That compares to 746 new vehicles sold and 1,815 used vehicles sold in April, 2020.  Totals for April included 328 new cars and 930 new trucks sold.
