Is, i was talking to law enforcement in the jupiter area last night, and they were telling me that mandatory evacuation for jupiter island and yet about half the people didnt leave. and the problem is because they get complacent we will wait and see how it goes whether or not this storm takes -- goes in. youre former law enforcement. its frustrating to you because if they ever get stuck, and some day they could get stuck, its your job to try to save them but its above 50 miles per hour, you cant...
