What we have learned is that this person was trying to cross the lanes of westbound 580 just west of interstate 80 and that person was struck by several cars and ultimately was killed here at the scene. You can see all of the lanes of traffic are stopped no traffic is getting through. And ultimately trying to get over to the bridge here on westbound 580 chp is still investigating the corner can just a short time ago and removed the bodies of this person who was killed. This happened about 4 30 am and initially people called 911 to report what they had thought was a deer in the road. Officers arrived and they found the victim dead here at the scene. Chp says it appears that this person was a transient who is trying to cross the lane when they were hit by several cars. None of the drivers remained at the scene. They say that it is not entirely uncommon to have people walking along freeways in the bay area. Unfortunately not we have the we see several calls a day of pedestrians walking on

Eastbound coming out of San Francisco getting out to the open area there is a pedestrian there is some sort of activity there. Theres not a lot of traffic coming out of San Francisco but if you are leaving San Francisco for the east bay there is going to be some slow traffic. We will be watching 80 as you drive on the commute. This is a look at the lower deck of the bay bridge and you see plenty of Police Activity on the lower deck of the bay bridge. Now if you are leaving you can still get through but it will be slow eastbound. Again because of a pedestrian on the lower deck of the bay bridge. If you want to avoid the whole thing you can use the san mateo bridge which is a decent way to do it and there are no major problems did so again we do have two inciden

Some of it is really picking up reports around pleasant hill. Be careful out there. Higher clouds and a low over cast. Theres a lot to burn off here. I think later compared to yesterday with the sunshine. Around noon yesterday there were noticeable breaks. Thats not the case today. 40s and 50 oes on the temperatures 50s on the temperatures. Low 50s and upper 40s, really here everyone is within a couple degrees of each other. Black hawk, the higher clouds will be with us in the morning.
