Foundation Workplace Equality Program News Today

HRC is working to promote global equality in the workplace and public benchmarking of LGBTQ-inclusive policies, benefits and practices among large employers. New programs in Mexico and Chile strive to educate and mobilize the countrys business community in support of LGBTQ workers and consumers.

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC), the educational arm of the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) civil rights organization, in partnership with Instituto de Políticas Públicas LGBT+, is releasing its second annual HRC Equidad AR: Global Workplace Equality Program report.

The HRC Foundation launched the fifth annual HRC Equidad CL: Programa Global de Equidad Laboral. Implemented in partnership with Fundación Iguales and with the support of Pride Connection Chile, the survey evaluates LGBTI+ workplace inclusion within major Chilean businesses and multinationals.

WASHINGTON - May 18, 2023 -- Today, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) launched the fifth annual HRC Equidad CL: Programa Global de Equidad Laboral.
