Rackspace Technology customers might be in for a long wait. Rackspace has yet to determine what is causing its still active outage. The American cloud computing services provider revealed that it is still investigating what's behind the "service disruption" it is experiencing, which resulted in connectivity issues and still affecting hosted environments, per Bleeping Computer.
