     SHEPHERDSVILLE — While some of the events have been scaled back, the holiday season will be welcomed into Bullitt County with a variety of special events. Some of the county’s cities are hosting at least some version of a public Christmas celebration in 2021, following a year of canceled events due to the coronavirus pandemic.   LEBANON JUNCTION Light-Up Lebanon Junction will return this year, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 4.

A Bullitt County man is facing multiple charges after police said he opened fire at a park, shooting at several people, including two young children.

Shepherdsville police said Anthony fired rounds at visitors at Frank E. Simon Park Wednesday evening. Multiple people were injured.
