Richmond, san rafael bridge. Eastbound 580, cutting, there is a crash. Its between cutting and harbor way. The crash is going to be affecting traffic. I dont see a lot of slowing. A pedestrian was hit. The pedestrian has died at the scene. You will see that traffic is going to be affected at some point. Now its not too bad. Free month is facing intense opposition to a proposed Navigation Center to serve the homeless. There are two sites under consideration but neighbors are expressing concerns about both.
