So we have a huge they have a great deal of trouble managing services for their parents, finding services for the parents, deciding about services for the parents and themselves. The largest share of the demographic is not eligible for anything. We need much Better Services between ccrcs and medicaid. There is a Huge Population that has a great deal of trouble. I want to encourage us to use the private sector or use encouragement to the private sector to better use private individual funds which is all we have for most people to improve Services Available to most agencies. Really to work at making it possible for people with just some money to age in place easily and well. We learn that focus would include major tax increases on some of the countrys highest earners in order to pay for tax breaks for the middle and lower income. Those tax increases would include the Capital Gains rate for couples earning more than 500,000 a year. It will move from 20 to 28 . It will target money that comes after the death of an individual. To frame the question we are talking about questioning and accountability and that goes off into education and i have to refresh myself with 15 minutes even though ive been fooling about it for years. The federal government under no child left behind requires 17 standardized tests today to seven tests, seven in reading. Grade three through eight and once in high school. And then three tests in since i intend once in grades three through five and six through nine and once in high school there are 17 tests that must be used by the law as a primary means of determining the academic performance of the state. Florida reported that. One of the things we heard was when it comes to Public Infrastructure the Health Ministers dont get as much attention as other ministers. How is this outbreak changing that environment . Are we able to leverage that situation to get them to pay more attention for longterm growth . It is generally our experience in Public Health that people pay most attention to us in the middle of an outbreak or epidemic. Within countries you will find that Health Ministries are generally weak compared to other ministries and that the Public Health aspect of that is particularly weak.
