The 45,000 sqm MG3 warehouse at HelloParks Maglód is the first industrial property in Hungary to achieve Breeam’s “Outstanding” sustainability rating for New Construction, the highest standard in the third-party accreditation system.

The international freight and logistics service provider Transdanubia has signed a 24,000 sqm lease in the PT3 hall of HelloParks Páty. The new tenant is expected to take over the building by the end of 2024. The space will include classic high-rack storage elements, block storage and office functions.

Futureal has announced the acquisition of Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw. The company intends to reposition the building complex by transforming it into a sustainable, people-oriented, and modern office complex, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Residential developer Cordia International, the residential arm of the Futureal Group, has sold its 10,000th apartment. This is the result of nearly two decades of operations, providing homes for 17,000 people. The number of dwellings Cordia has sold is enough to accommodate the population of a small town, the developer says.
