Cut, cap and balance bill. congressman, this bill is being debated on the floor now. it would roll back spending to 1966 levels, i believe. its so extreme that even the ryan budget would be unconstitutional, and it protects tax cuts for the rich and corporations. how is that a balanced approach, if your view? >> i respectfully disagree with your characterization of it. quite frankly, in fy-12, all it cuts is roughly 11.5 billion dollars. that means its only addressing 7% of the problem in fy-12....
