GPT Healthcare IPO is a book built issue, comprising of fresh issue of ₹40 crore and offer for sale of 2.61 crore shares.

Tolins Tyres IPO | The IPO will be a mix of fresh issuance of equity shares worth Rs 200 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares worth Rs 30 crore by promoters.

According to the filing submitted to SEBI on February 14, the IPO will consist of 31,74,416 equity shares.

The five companies including two from the mainboard segment are planning to raise Rs 2,000 crore to 2,500 crore through public issues.

According to the draft prospectus filed on February 16, the IPO will comprise a combination of fresh issuance of equity shares amounting to ₹200 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares valued at ₹30 crore by the companys promoters.

Gala Precision Engineering IPO has a fresh issue of up to 25.58 lakh shares and the OFS of up to 6.16 lakh equity shares. Up to 50% will be allocated to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% to non-institutional bidders and 35% to retail individual bidders.
