While current Dracut High School students do not know Bruce Hutchins, they certainly know about the annual Dracut Scholarship Foundation Telethon which was started by Hutchins 40 years ago this year.

DRACUT — Retired Dracut High School Principal Bruce Hutchins made a lasting impact on the town during 30 years showing “unconditional love and dedication to the development of teenagers into young adults, guiding them to reach their future goals,” his family remembers.
