Hello, I am using Moodle 3.3, Theme is Adaptable. The situation is that we are wanting all documentation of the facility in one location. Then we want a case manager to assign a document or several documents to a student. Then we want the student to upload the document back to the case manager. This is not a course type situation, but information gathering. I have a Subject created for General Use Forms, and a course for each form. (not the best way I am sure).
