U-46, Sugar Grove Library requests are approved, but Kane County voters reject other ballot measures
Elgin District U-46 won permission to replace five schools, and the Sugar Grove Public Library finally received permission to increase its operating taxes. But voters in 3 other Kane County school districts shot down requests to borrow money for building projects, as well as a police station and a park center.
