Throughout November, many around the world come together to raise awareness for men’s health as part of the growing Movember movement. Aside from growing out their beards, many take up different challenges to raise funds and bring attention to mental health struggles and prostate and testicular cancer.
On today s Brunch with Noreen, we ve got a bit of fitness Friday going on. At 10.10, fitness coach Nathan Solia chats about whiplash pain and neck injury caused by sudden movement of the head. After 10.30 we look ahead to Movember, a global campaign all about men s health. We ll be joined by Ben Cullen, who s aiming to row 1,000,000 metres to raise HK$1,000,000, with his friend George Fleming, for the Movember foundation. After 11 we re talking to Lisa Beattie from Box of Hope, about their annual charity project aimed at teaching Hong Kong school children about giving useful/educational gifts to underprivileged children.
