Lawrie McFarlane: Tribunal's hillside-elevator ruling goes too far
The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal has ordered a strata to build a hillside elevator for a resident who can no longer manage the 102 steps from his home to the top gully in which his house sits — at a cost of $135,000.
