Journalist Antoinette Lattouf had said she was "prepared to fight as long as it takes" after the first hearing in her dispute with the ABC ended in a stalemate.

Journalist and presenter Antoinette Lattouf was sacked by the ABC when she was taken off air part way through a radio presenting stint, the Fair Work Commission has found.

Antoinette Lattouf has had a win in her ABC legal battle, with the Fair Work Commission finding she was fired from her casual radio role.

Ian Neil, acting for the public broadcaster, also claimed the former presenter had ‘not shown herself to be a reliable historian’

On Friday the commission knocked back Ms Lattoufs request the ABC be ordered to hand over emails sent to chair Ita Buttrose and managing director David Anderson.
