Inside the galleries – and as a bonus, inside the artists’ studios today only – the essence of spring continues with color, depth, exceptionally executed representations, and thoughts of how the past influences the future. May Day and art making a beautiful moment.

When it comes to gift-giving, you don’t have to wait for Midnight Madness to find affordable, one-of-a kind gifts of original art. While the quantity of superb gift art is probably the greatest I’ve seen yet, I recommend you get out to the galleries soon, because the art gifts are flying off the walls.
