Virginia Beach circuit judge and former delegate Glenn Croshaw dies at age 70
State Sen. Creigh Deeds, D-Warm Springs, announced the news of Croshaw’s death in a tweet Saturday. Croshaw, 70, served in the House of Delegates from 1986 until 1999, when he lost a bid for re-election in that year’s statewide swing to the GOP.
