Police say the man is facing a number of charges including attempt to commit murder, arson – disregard for human life and forcible confinement.

According to Waterloo Regional Police, emergency services responded to a call about a vehicle being set ablaze on Elm Street near Elliot Street at around 2:15 a.m.

Waterloo Regional Police say a warrant has been issued in connection to a dumpster fire in Cambridge on Monday afternoon.
