Gwyneth Paltrow s daughter Apple has a bit of a crunch to her morning routine and admits she, too, is obsessed with it. Apple Martin, Gwyneth Paltrow s 16-year-old daughter, mocked her popular mother s wellness-focused morning routine on Goop s TikTok account on Sunday.
Paltrow s day begins with GoopGlow Morning Skin Superpowder, according to the teen, but there isn t much in the way of actual food. Apple narrated that first her mother would drink her GoopGlow Super Powder and eat nothing but dates and almond butter and she thinks that the GoopGlow is part of her cleansing, which she s evidently been doing since the day she was born.
In a separate video for Goop, Apple shared her own morning routine, including the company s new Goop Glow products. I m obsessed, she said. It really gives your skin this amazing glow. Since I have very dry skin, the Glow Lotion is so nice it keeps me hydrated but not oily. It s super lightweight.
Paltrow who also shares son Moses Martin, 14, with her ex Chris previously opened up about how impressed she is by Apple.
