Number is growing -- those people are not covered by obama care. so theyre not subject to medical loss ratio, all of the things that drive up the cost of the premiums. thats why the obama administration is going to be worried about these people. but that leaves about 78 million people who are in a group plan that is subject to obama care, its not a self-funded plan, or in the individual market. so 15 million people are going to lose their coverage, thats 20% of the people in the private insuranc...
