MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU-WDLB) –They are in no rush to name a new Chief of Police in Marshfield at this time.
The city’s Police and Fire Commission met this week the discuss the process of hiring a new top cop following the resignation of Rick Gramza amid sexual misconduct allegations. The city’s Human Resources director Jen Rachu says that could include using a search firm.
“Their entire [body] of work is based on the skill sets these positions would hold,” she said. “The other benefit that you would have with them is they probably have an established contact list of individuals who may be looking to advance into a position such as ours.”
