Pub sales are coming back after a quieter year with investors looking for well-located and well-managed businesses that will offer better returns than the more traditional office and retail assets. 

The Seabreeze Beach Hotel on the NSW Mid North Coast was sold by Ros Short, the widow of the late famed Sydney publican Warwick ‘Wog’ Short.

Publican Robert McGhee has owned the pub for over 18 months.

Hotel and liquor giant Endeavour has grown its presence in Darwin to five venues after acquiring the leasehold to the Beachfront Hotel.
