The former leader of the La Crosse Tea Party, Greg Luce, is set to go to trial after being charged with 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and reckless driving-cause bodily harm. Luce is accused of engaging in a hit and run incident with a motorcyclist on Losey Boulevard in August. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for November 17.
