An Ohio pastor who was charged with zoning violations for housing people experiencing homelessness has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Bryan and its officials.

The Bryan Police Department was recently awarded $8,855 from the state to help it complete a project to outfit all officers with body-worn cameras.

For the crowd of 6,000 that attended Saturday’s free concert, it was a good show, but for local safety officials it was an exercise in communication.

Three local agencies have received incentives to keep retain first responders in their agency.
