A Rapid City man accused of murdering a woman in a hotel room and then robbing a Lyft driver at knifepoint will remain in custody in Pennington County.
A hearing that began with palpable tension between the families of a victim and her alleged killers ended with an emotional outburst and a woman being escorted from the courtroom.
The Pennington County State s Attorney Office stated the killing stemmed from "a misguided belief" that Wolfe held responsibility for a death five years ago.
