Prostitution, online solicitation of a minor case nets 10 arrests
Michael Sun Hwang, 30, and William Tyler Andrews, 20, both from El Paso, were arrested on suspicion of online solicitation of a minor. Hwang was booked into the El Paso County April 22 and his bond was set at $5,000. He posted bail the same day, jail logs show. Andrew was booked into the El Paso County Jail on April 19 and his bond was set at $10,000. He posted bail April 21, according to jail logs.
