TEXARKANA, Texas -- For months, community members saw cranes, cones and drills in downtown Texarkana.

The final touches are happening at the renovation of the historic Grim Hotel in Texarkana and they are starting to lease out the Lofts at the Grim. But the public has a special opportunity to tour the hotel one last time.
