This Baltimore chef says he can make your day with a plate of food -- and he's not lying!

The Baltimore area has a few new dining spots as another year gets off the ground.

Paul’s Place announced Jonathan Hicks as the executive chef of Groundwork Kitchen, the nonprofit organization’s restaurant at 925 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore’s Pigtown community.
