The 22-year-old plunged from Gibraltar Falls, south-west of Canberra, at about 5.25pm on Saturday. Last week, 19-year-old Thomas Livingston plunged to his death from the same cliff.

Rowing Australia’s current guidelines allow anyone who identifies as a woman to compete in female rowing events – although biological males have a "distinct advantage", says Sky News host Peter Credlin.
“Biological males have a massive advantage in a sport like rowing, that relies on muscle strength and cardiovascular capacity,” Ms Credlin said.
“Study after study shows that the physical advantages of biological men – well, they’re not diminished even after years of hormone treatment.
She said “belatedly”, Rowing Australia and the world rowing body say they will now re-examine their rules.
“To let them race against women is wrong; especially in a sport where women have had to fight hard for their place at the table, place at the regatta, for far too long.”
