Hall County has one of the countrys highest per-capita COVID-19 infection rates, a new analysis shows. Hall County has had more than 13,129 confirmed cases per 100,000 people. Thats the 15th highest rate among the nations 380 metro areas. Only Dalton, at 13th, ranked higher in Georgia.
