The Virginia Department of Transportations (VDOT) says that some I-64 ramps in Hampton are scheduled to close overnight from Dec. 4-7 as part of construction for the Hampton Roads Express Lanes (HREL) Hampton Segment.

Westbound lane closures began Sunday night, and Eastbound lanes are going to be impacted as early as July 16. The latest rounds of closures and shifts is expected to begin around 9 p.m..
