The No. 5 Texas A&M baseball team run-ruled No. 3 Arkansas 14-4 in seven innings Saturday afternoon on Senior Day from Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.

Austin Bost delivered a two-run double with two outs in the top of the ninth inning to propel the Texas A&M Aggies to an 8-7 victory over No. 13 Kentucky in the nightcap of a Saturday doubleheader at Kentucky Proud Park.

Bullpen, Defense Lead Cats Past Aggies on Sunday

The Aggies (23-14) homered three times in the inning, scoring the most runs in a single frame this year. Kaeden Kent hit the first home run of his career in the frame, an opposite-field dinger that scored a pair and put A&M ahead for the first time in the game.

The Aggies (22-13, 7-7 SEC) exploded for a nine-run fifth inning, their second nine-run frame in as many nights and hit three home runs in a 13-1 win in seven innings over Missouri (21-13, 4-10 SEC) in the second game of the series on Friday night at Blue Bell Park

After struggling at the plate last weekend at Missouri, the Vols’ bats came out firing on Friday.
