But interest in his project sparked nationwide once the COVID-19 outbreak hit the United States. ALTO is an organization dedicated to helping high school students start music tutoring programs, Keltner said. It doesn’t replace in-person rehearsal, but it certainly helps us stay motivated and connect with people through music during these difficult times.
