Fairchild Auxiliary's van can help people get to doctor's appointments
Siskiyou Daily News After being on hiatus for more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the patient transportation van at Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka is back in service. There are currently four drivers operating the van four days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, said Lorah Guse of the Fairchild Auxiliary, which operates the wheelchair accessible van. Service is available all over Yreka south to Cove Mobile Home Park, north to Hornbrook, and east to Montague. ...
