Again, were better off than we were a year ago. there is reason to be optimistic but the financial assets, stocks et cetera, given the enormous debt load on the governments balance sheet, that higher interest rates have a significantly greater impact than they did historically. given that debt load, higher interest rates on the governments balance sheets could be very, very damaging. >> very interesting stuff. well have to look forward and watch for that. harry eady, thanks for having being here...
