Four people were arrested when a police pursuit ended in a crash at Hart Auto near 76th and Villard in Milwaukee Monday evening the second such incident in two months. The owner says "most of it is young people."

This is the second crash near a Milwaukee car lot, costs owner $6,000.

Prosecutors say this 17-year-old carjacked a Lyft driver and sped through Milwaukee's streets on Facebook Live as speeding police cars followed. The stolen SUV would eventually go airborne at Hart Auto.
