A modern, 28,702-square-foot medical office building in the center of East Hartford recently sold for $3.9 million. Merchant East Hartford I LLC sold the 15-year-old medical building at 893 Main St. to Brooklyn-based Twenty Equities LLC, in a deal logged by the town on March 13. East Hartford retail plaza sells for $6.7M; Indian grocery store planned

An 11-acre retail plaza off Route 5 in East Hartford sold for $6.7 million in a deal recorded Dec. 8. East Hartford Development Director Eileen Buckheit said a broker representing the new owners said they plan to install a roughly 23,000-square-foot Indian grocery as an anchor tenant.
